We have an update on the PG comic. So it looks like the latest issue (Issue 7, Tale of Two Pygmies Part 2) is showing up on the app now! Still a few glitches that iVerse is working fast and furious on the update to correct. The most obvious of which is that the cover for issues 7 (Ooga and Klik staring each other down), on the menu is showing the cover for issue 1. But you see the correct cover once you open the comic. This will be fixed very soon.
Bottom line is, you SHOULD BE ABLE to download the latest issue now! And if you are having technical issues and can't read something you purchased (or is otherwise free)....we WILL fix this pronto. We're on it! Be on the lookout for updates that improve the functionality as well as the look and feel of the app. Believe us, it means a LOT to us to create the best pygmy story we can and have people get into it. Dave and I have been so focused on working with Jason Burns and David Hedgecock to create an epic adventure, filled with mystery, drama and of course our evil sense of humor. We probably weren't watching the app development as closely as we should have. But we are now! So thank you for your patience. And btw, if you've read issue 7, feel free to post your reviews here and speculate on what will happen next! I bet you can't guess!

ReplyDeleteThe dark figure doesn't really look like Nooby. "The mysterious figure runs off with the gem of life" but who is the theif? And is the theif possibly a female? You guys make the greatest cliffhangers! Love the comics, keep it up!

But let's get to the point, I have a very important question: As I read the comic, I started noticing some hidden eyes on about two pages... What is the meaning of this thingamajig?!
ReplyDeleteI think it would be awesome if it were a female Pygmy that appears as a guest pygmy in Pocket God Original, and she could cause Klik and Ooga to fight over her and when she is really planning something evil. Then again, it's probably just Charlie. Ooh! Or a mermaid?! :DD that would be awesome!!!

ReplyDeleteI think that Newbie (box nooby) is the one that burned down the hut, because he hates Nooby, and I think he was the one in the ocean and the two eyes. I bet that if one of them dies, he'll pop up were Newbie is, and once he doesn't pop back in the clearing were the battle will take place, they will know something went wrong and would go out to find Newbie.

Although, whoever it is, I don't think they are good news, considering that not only are they concealing themselves, they burned down the hut and stole the gem of life. Klik gets on my nerves, blaming Ooga for everything that goes wrong on the island! Back to the subject, though... Charlie would be cool, but I have some questions: Who is causing all the trouble? Why? Why do they want the gem of life in the first place?And above all: Are they Friend or Foe?
ReplyDeleteI think Nooby burnt down the hut. And I think there should be a female Pygmy called Rooby or Ruby. The tribe should fight over here and she is so pretty and Rooby says that she likes Nooby and she likes him because he doesn't stink, doesn't act like a hippy, doesn't have a scars, doesn't act childish and doesn't act so mature like Klik. Also she should be all godly and she likes Nooby because he's so cute and funny!

ReplyDeleteI think it's a female Pygmy cuz the thing in the water and the hidden eyes in the bushes had eyelashes unlike the other pygmys and also unlike newbie and nooby it didn't have the hair sticking up on the sides of it's head. Can't wait for the next issue to find out for sure
