Happy First Anniversary, Pocket God Forums!


It was just a year ago that a group of PG Fans set up a forum to discuss the current updates, what they'd like to see, and share fan art. I go there every so often to see the cool fan art and read the wild speculation. They often go off on tangents and talk about their other favorite apps, games or other random things of concern.

It has a lot of cool art, PG based avatars, pygmy emoticons, and even page styles based on the Pocket God locations.

The list of admins include:

MatthewCurr (Formerly Superskateman)
SuperPygmy

P.S. The next update and comic will be released very soon. There has been questions about the cost of the comic...and I've put in an inquiry with iVerse. But I think they are revising their pricing strategy so I didn't get an immediate answer. This is out of our hands, as we merely licensed the property and assisting with the marketing efforts. I'm sure it will be reasonable though! I will post soon.

    Not relating to the post at all, but I found a typo in the instruction Manuel in PG... It says "uUe the egg to knock over pygmys"

    Hey Allan, i have another idea for you. Even if you don't already have it prepared in the Ape Island update, I wanted to suggest adding a banana tree with - you guessed it, a banana on it! And when you pickit off and give it to a Pygmy, it will eat it and toss the peel. Another Pygmy can slip on it and fall into the water. Classic, right? Then the next part is when you add the giant ape, which I'm sure you will, give it a way of interacting with the new fruit please :) oh and if a Pygmy has it in their hand when the ape comes along, they are in for some trouble >:)

    Oh and something else I have been wanting is on an entirely different subject. Can we please play music and enter the app without it getting canceled out? I dont want to have to turn off the sound in-app, then exit, then re-enter just to be able to listen to it while I'm killing pygmies.

    Lol okay I know you guys probably won't do this one, but what if you made an oil rig pipeline in the underwater area maybe on the bottom right? (yes, I'm reffering to the BP oil spill >:) tap it a few times, and oil starts spewing out. Put a Pygmy in the black cloud, and they die. go back up to the surface without fixing the problem, the black oil has covered the top of the water! The shark is floating dead in the water (you can pull it out, but it's still dead so it won't do anything until you :O so use the volcano or campfire and the Pygmy on fire jumps into the water and sets the oil on fire on the surface of the water. But how do you stop this horrible disaster, you ask? Well either press the button to turn off the new feature underwater, or plug the hole with a Pygmy, then the pipeline tries to reconnect to it like they tried to do, but it shoves the pipe down with the Pygmy stuck inside. Then maybe the Pygmy is sucked up the tube like that fat kid in willy wonks and the chocolate factory, lol. (that's my solution to the oil spill:)

    since you're too busy with the trilogy updates, you probably won't have time for this one... I thought it would be a great addition though :'( but the banana idea above is more likely to be added I would bet.
