Hey...so, no the update has not been approved yet. We actually thought it would come out last week because they sent us a note asking us to change something in our description...which usually means that's the only thing keeping it from being approved. But unfortunately, no! We have the following update in beta testing right now. The update after Surf's Up is a cleanup update (fixing bugs and continuing to optimize) so its a bit light on new features...but will include "Achievements" which is kind of fun...its called "Fun n' Games until A Pygmy Gets Hurt"....I know, its a little awkward, but they can't all be gems!
With nothing new to report, I fel compelled to post some fan art & comics that's been sitting on my hard drive! Enjoy!

I like the title of the next ep. One of the guys from my army unit was medically retired after losing an eye in Iraq. On his last day in he wore a shirt that read, 'It's all fun and games until someone loses their eye.'

hey, i am already with Surf's up, i am liking very much to skewer the pygmies but when I go underwater on the old island (with the octopus), and I skewer the pygmies and go in the status window, the number of sacrificies don't change, it only changes when I go underwater on the new island

ReplyDeletei'm already with Surf's up that i updated repurchasing pocket god on itunes, the update is great, I only saw one thing, the new sacrifice: skewered, only works sometimes in some pygmies, is this normal?

ReplyDelete@Eric, nice story, its cool to have people from so many different backgrounds (in your case, the army)on Pocket Blog, much better than a bunch of kids asking on every blog post when hte next update is out (no offence everyone, but do you really think Dave and Allan know when the next update is going to come out, even though they keep telling us there is no way of knowing until Apple says it was just approved?)
